Terms of Use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Plain terms for using this website and its content. The site's source code is open — these terms cover the site, not the code.

1. Agreement

By using temerarii.xyz (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.

2. What this site is

The site is Temerarii Media's public lab — experiments, field notes, and a newsletter, published to show how we work. It's provided for information and interest. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, or similar advice, and it isn't a binding offer of services. Working with us as a client is governed by a separate written agreement, not this page.

3. The content

Except where noted, the writing, designs, brand marks, and media on this site are © Temerarii Media. You're welcome to read, share, and quote it with attribution and a link back. You may not republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

4. The code is open source

The source code for this site and the studio behind it is published at github.com/temerariimedia/temerarii-studio. Your use of that code is governed by the license in that repository — not by these terms. These terms govern your use of the hosted website and its content.

5. Acceptable use

6. Email and the newsletter

If you subscribe, you'll only receive what you opted into, and you can unsubscribe anytime from any email. How we handle the data you give us is covered in our Privacy Policy.

7. Links out

The site links to other places (our GitHub, temerarii.com, social channels, and third-party tools). We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.

8. "As is" — no warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Experiments are experiments; they may change or disappear.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Temerarii Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Your use is at your own risk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
